Villa Yılmaz
Our 3-bedroomed detached villa stands in wonderful mature gardens near the centre of Akdeniz Evleri, with hill views from the roof terrace.
We bought and completely refurbished the villa in 2007, replacing all pipe-work, woodwork and wiring. All floors are covered with top quality Burdur marble and all windows and external doors use WinSA double glazing with integral mosquito nets and shutters.

The air conditioned ground floor is open-plan with living room area and kitchen-diner with double doors opening onto a garden terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven with gas hob and large fridge freezer. The dining area has an extendable table and chairs to seat up to eight.
The living room area is comfortably furnished with 4 seater sofa and two arm chairs. There is a television with satellite receiver for numerous TV and radio stations. The DVD player can also play music CDs, and MP3s on DVD or CD. You can also plug-in and charge USB devices or view your digital photos via the TV from a memory stick. There is a selection of CDs and DVDs (for all ages!) in the villa but feel free to bring your own if you wish.
There is also small washroom with toilet and hand-basin.

There are three large bedrooms, a shower room and plenty of cupboard/storage space.
Bedroom 1 - King Size Double bed, bed-side chests, chest of drawers and air conditioning. Double doors open onto a balcony area.
Bedroom 2 - Two single beds, bed-side chests and electric fan.
Bedroom 3 - Two single beds, with bed-side chest and fitted cupboards.
On the landing there is also a large fitted cupboard.
Shower Room - Shower, toilet, fitted sink unit with cupboard space and washing machine beneath.

Roof Terrace:
The large, walled, roof terrace is partially covered and partially open to the sun and has views of the surrounding area.
There are two chairs and two sun-loungers.
It's also a great place to dry your washing!
