Villa Yılmaz
Our 3-bedroomed detached villa stands in wonderful mature gardens near the centre of Akdeniz Evleri, with hill views from the roof terrace.
All floors are covered with Burdur marble and all windows have double glazing with integral mosquito nets and shutters. All external doors and the downstairs terrace have mosquito nets.

The air conditioned ground floor is open-plan with living room area and kitchen-diner with double doors opening onto a garden terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven with gas hob and large fridge freezer. The dining area has an extendable table and chairs to seat up to six.
The living room area is comfortably furnished with 4 seater sofa and two arm chairs. There is a Smart Television with satellite receiver for numerous TV and radio stations. From here you can access Netflix or the internet.
From this area you can access the terrace which has a table and can seat up to six plus a charcoal BBQ. This has views of the garden but is protected by mosquito nets.
There is also small washroom with toilet and hand-basin.

First Floor:

There are three large bedrooms, a shower room and plenty of cupboard/storage space.
Bedroom 1 - King Size Double bed, bed-side chests, chest of drawers and air conditioning. Double doors open onto a balcony area.
Bedroom 2 - Two single beds, bed-side chests and air conditioning. The beds can be re-arranged to have them next to each other if requested.
Bedroom 3 - Two single beds, with bed-side chest, fitted cupboard and air conditioning.
On the landing there is also a large fitted cupboard.
Shower Room - Shower, toilet, fitted sink unit with cupboard space and washing machine beneath.

Roof Terrace:
The large, walled, roof terrace is partially covered and partially open to the sun and has views of the surrounding area.
There are two chairs a small table and two sun-loungers.
It's also a great place to dry your washing!
